Hornoch, Lelekovice, Czech Republic, reports the discovery of an apparent nova located at R.A. = 0h42m15s.81, Decl. = +41o12'00".5 (equinox 2000.0), which is 318" west and 252" south of the center of M31. Approximate R-band magnitudes: July 11.04 UT, [18.7; 14.99, 16.9; 15.99, 17.5.
