Samus, Institute of Astronomy, Moscow, informs us that the designation V2573 Oph has been given to this object (cf. CBET 29, 31). CCD photometry by J. D. West, Mulvane, KS: July 18.136 UT, [H_alpha] = 0.89 (correction to CBET 31); 22.122, V = 11.76; 22.108, R_c = 10.94. N. J. Brown, Quinns Rocks, W. Australia, reports the following magnitude estimates for V2573 Oph from his T-Max 400 film exposures with a 135-mm f/2 lens: June 6.60, [11.5; 18.58, 10.8; July 6.52, 10.5.
