Prasad and W. Li report the LOSS discovery of an apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images taken on Aug. 31.21 (at mag 18.7) and Sept. 1.20 UT (mag 18.5). SN 2005ds is located at R.A. = 17h57m39s.89, Decl. = +27 50'18".4 (equinox 2000.0), which is 14".4 west and 13".1 north of the nucleus of UGC 11064. KAIT images taken on Aug. 22.21 (limiting mag 19.5) and 26.19 (limiting mag 19.0) showed nothing at this position.
