Immler, Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA, and Universities Space Research Association; and P. Brown, Pennsylvania State University, on behalf of the Swift-satellite team, report on Swift Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) observations (wavelength range 170-650 nm) of SN 2005ke obtained on Nov. 14.675 UT. A new source is detected at R.A. = 3h35m04s.27, Decl. = -24o56'35".6 (equinox 2000.0), when compared to Digitized Sky Survey images -- consistent with the reported LOSS position on CBET 287. Preliminary UVOT magnitudes are V = 16.3 (373-s exposure), B = 16.8 (309 s), U = 16.9 (373 s), UVW1 [181-321 nm] = 18.2 (749 s), UVM2 [166-268 nm] = 19.6 (1123 s), and UVW2 [112-264 nm] = 19.6 (1966 s). Statistical and systematic errors are 0.1 mag each. Further Swift observations are scheduled.
