Electronic Telegram No. 328 Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMICAL UNION M.S. 18, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A. IAUSUBS@CFA.HARVARD.EDU or FAX 617-495-7231 (subscriptions) CBAT@CFA.HARVARD.EDU (science) URL http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/cbat.html (114319) 2002 XD_58 D. Pray, Greene, RI; P. Pravec and P. Kusnirak, Ondrejov Observatory; S. Gajdos, J. Vilagi and A. Galad, Modra Observatory; and S. Nudds and Z. Krzeminski, Elginfield Observatory, University of Western Ontario, report that photometric observations obtained during Aug. 25 to Oct. 3 reveal that (114319) has a lightcurve consisting of two linearly additive components with periods 2.9649 and 7.954 hr and amplitudes 0.14 and 0.08 mag, respectively. No attenuations due to occultations/eclipses were seen, so the proposed interpretation of binary nature of the minor planet needs to be confirmed with further observations. The mean absolute R magnitude is H_R = 15.4 +/- 0.2, assuming G = 0.15 +/- 0.2.
