Jenniskens, SETI Institute, reports, from observations at Orgiva and Baza, Spain, that the earth encountered the two-revolution dust trail of comet 55P/Tempel-Tuttle on 2006 Nov. 19d04h41m +/- 10m UT (predicted time 19d04h50m +/- 15m; cf. CBET 710), with a FWHM of 54 +/- 15 min (predicted FWHM = 38 min) and peak rate of ZHR = 110 +/- 30 meteors/hr (predicted rate 50-200 per hour). Larger meteoroids than expected were present at this remote part of the dust trail. The observed Leonids had a magnitude distribution index of chi = 2.45 +/- 0.11 (predicted index 3.47 and up). Observers at Orgiva were K. Miskotte, M. Vandeputte, C. Johannink, J. van 't Leven, P. Bus, and P. Jenniskens; at Baza, the observers were C. ter Kuile and R. Haas.
