D. Balam, Dominion Astrophysical Observatory, National Research Council of Canada, reports that an image taken with the 1.82-m Plaskett Telescope on June 8.25 UT shows SN 2010do (cf. CBETs 2301, 2311) to be 23".4 west and 1".2 south of the core of NGC 5374, conciding with a bright knot in a spiral arm but noting that 2010do is several magnitudes brighter than the knot. He provides the following photometry for 2010do (differential from the star J135729.97+060804.8, with Sloan Digital Sky Survey DR6 magnitudes converted to Kron-Cousins using the conversion formulae of Chonis and Gaskell 2007, A.J. 135, 264): V = 16.69, B-V = +0.28, V-R = +0.20.
