SUPERNOVAE 2010hc AND 2010hd
     A. J. Drake, S. G. Djorgovski, A. Mahabal, M. J. Graham, and R. Williams,
California Institute of Technology; R. H. McNaught and G. Garradd, Australian
National University; S. Howerton, Arkansas City, KS, U.S.A.; J. L. Prieto,
Carnegie Observatories; M. Catelan, Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile;
E. C. Beshore and S. M. Larson, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, University of
Arizona; and E. Christensen, Gemini Observatory, report the discovery of two
apparent supernovae in unfiltered Siding Spring Survey (SSS) images:

Further unfiltered SSS magnitudes for 2010hc in ESO 339-6:  May 18.70 UT,
[18.5; July 4.63, 16.2; 16.57, 16.1.  Further magnitudes for 2010hd in ESO
290-1 (galaxy redshift z = 0.033):  July 20.74, [19.0 (SSS); Aug. 25.50,
R = 17.8 (J. Brimacombe, Cairns, Queensland, Australia, using a RCOS 0.4-m
telescope).
