SUPERNOVA 2010ln IN UGC 2685
     G. Narayan and G. H. Marion, Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics
(CfA), on behalf of a larger collaboration, report that a spectrum (range
320-830 nm) of 2010ln (cf. CBET 2605) was obtained on Dec. 28 UT with the Blue
Channel Spectrograph on the 6.5-m MMT telescope.  Cross-correlation with a
library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID;
Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) shows that 2010ln is a type-Ib
supernova near maximum brightness.
