NOTICE TO CONTRIBUTORS REGARDING E-MAIL
     Unfortunately, the e-mail server here was taken down around 5h UT on
June 6 (yesterday) without prior notification of the Central Bureau --
the result being that no e-mails sent to @eps.harvard.edu addresses have
gotten through in more than 24 hours.  We now have an alternate address up
and working, sent via other computers, while the Information Technology
people here sort out the problem:  we ask all contributors to send e-mail
to cbat@iau.org until further notice (to be posted on the CBAT home webpage),
including a re-sending of correspondence by any who sent e-mails to the
CBAT since 5h UT on June 6.  We apologize for any inconvenience.


NOTE: These 'Central Bureau Electronic Telegrams' are sometimes
      superseded by text appearing later in the printed IAU Circulars.
