J. Ponticello, and W. Li report the LOSS discovery of an apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images. SN 2005ki is located at R.A. = 10h40m28s.22, Decl. = +9o12'08".4 (equinox 2000.0), which is 2".0 west and 71" north of the center of NGC 3332. KAIT magnitudes for 2005ki: May 13.20 UT, [19.5; Nov. 18.57, 18.0; 19.58, 17.7.
