Dimai, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, reports the discovery by M. Migliardi of an apparent supernova on unfiltered CCD images taken with the 0.5-m Ullrich telescope in the course of the CROSS program (cf. IAUC 7373, 8588). SN 2005kl is located at R.A. = 12h24m35s.68, Decl. = +39d23'03".5 (equinox 2000.0), which is 6" west and 4" north of the nucleus of NGC 4369. Nothing is visible at this location on Palomar Sky Survey infrared, red and blue plates. Approximate magnitudes for the new object: 2003 May 5, [18.5; 2005 Nov. 22.14 UT, 14.6; 23.15, 14.7.
