Dimai, on behalf of the CROSS program (cf. IAUC 7373), reports the discovery by M. Migliardi (Cortina, Italy) of an apparent supernova (mag about 16.3) on two unfiltered CCD images taken on June 25.88 UT with the 0.5-m 'Ullrich' telescope at Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy. SN 2006dk is located at R.A. = 12h11m34s.35, Decl. = +57o44'26".3 (equinox 2000.0), which is 6" east and 11" north of the nucleus of NGC 4161. Nothing appears at this location on Palomar Sky Survey infrared, red, and blue plates. Additional CROSS magnitudes for 2006dk: Jan. 30, [18.5; June 26.87, 16.2.
