Boles, Coddenham, England, reports the discovery of an apparent supernova on unfiltered CCD images taken on Nov. 26.068 (at mag 17.7) and 26.902 UT (mag 18.0) with a 0.35-m reflector. The new object is located at R.A. = 7h35m37s.44 +/- 0s.02, Decl. = +66o24'50".0 +/- 0".1 (equinox 2000.0), which is approximately 7".9 west and 5".3 south of the center of UGC 3908. Nothing is present at this location on Boles' images from 2005 Nov. 3 and 2006 Jan. 2 (limiting mag 19.5) or on Digitized Sky Survey plates from 1989 Dec. 23 (limiting red mag 20.5) and 1997 Mar. 9 (limiting blue mag 21.0).
