OBJECT NEAR NEPTUNE
     G. P. Kuiper, McDonald Observatory, Texas, reports
that an object of magnitude 19m has been discovered 168"
west and 112" north of Neptune. The motion is similar
to that of Neptune and it is suggested that the object may
be a satellite.
