K. Tomita and H. Kosai (Tokyo Observatory, Dodaira station).  Comet
   diffuse with condensation, tail > 1o.  Communicated by Huruhata.
B. Milet (Nice Observatory).  Comet diffuse with condensation.

     Dr. Huruhata also cables these parabolic elements, determined
by K. Hurukawa from more than three observations over a 2-day arc,
the maximum residuals being 1"-5".  No ephemeris was supplied, and
the one below was calculated at the Smithsonian Observatory.
