The following improved orbital elements, by the undersigned,
satisfy the seven precise positions within 1":
T = 1977 Aug. 18.5410 ET

B = 16.8 + 5 log Delta + 5 log r + 0.023 (phase angle)
E. Bowell, Lowell Observatory, reports that observations by L.
Martin and himself on Sept. 15 yielded a light variation of (total)
amplitude 0.84 magnitude in B and suggested a rotation period of ~
5.9 hours. From the observed mean V = 14.03 and B-V = +0.98 +/- 0.07
it follows that B(1,0) = 16.85.
