COMETARY NEBULA NEAR NGC 7023
     J. Bortle, Brooks Observatory, reports that the fan nebula (cf.
IAUC 3095) has continued to brighten and was still quite obvious on
Nov. 12.  Visual magnitudes of the stellar object: Sept. 4.1 UT,
