This problem brings up the point that urgent communications can (and generally should) be sent by telex/TWX or telegram/cablegram to the TWX number 710-320-6842 (answerback ASTROGRAM CAM). This reliable service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the Bureau frequently acts within minutes of the receipt of a message.
