     The following orbital elements, by the undersigned, satisfy
50 observations during 1969-1982 with mean residual 1".7.

non-gravitational parameters (Style II) were determined to be
A1 = -0.83 +/- 0.25, A2 = +0.0294 +/- 0.0049

CYGNUS X-3
     P. A. Feldman, J. M. MacLeod, B. H. Andrew and R. Glaeser,
Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics, report the detection of strong
radio emission (4.0-3.6 Jy) from the binary x-ray source Cyg X-3.
The measurements were made during Oct. 5.2-6.0 UT at 10.65 GHz
with the 46-m telescope of the Algonquin Radio Observatory.
