Green, University of Leicester, reported the discovery of another fast-moving object with the Infrared Astronomy Satellite. On being asked to confirm the object, K. S. Russell, U.K. Schmidt Telescope Unit, informed us that M. Hartley had previously discovered a cometary image on a single exposure with the U.K. Schmidt six days earlier. He suggested that the two objects are identical, but a further plate taken through cloud and in bright moonlight on Nov. 14 was not able to confirm this. Confirmation came with his observation on Nov. 23. 1983 UT R.A.
