     The following precise positions were measured by S. J. Bus
and E. Bowell from images obtained by Bus with the 1.8-m reflector
+ CCD at the Lowell Observatory's Anderson Mesa Station.

NOTICE TO TELEGRAM SUBSCRIBERS
     Effective immediately, it has become necessary to increase
the per-message charges for our telegram service as follows:
domestic telegram, from $7.00 to $9.00; domestic mailgram, from
$3.00 to $4.00; overseas full-rate cablegram, from $11.00 to
$14.00.  There may be a surcharge for very long cablegrams.  For
domestic and overseas telex and overseas night-letter cablegram
the charges remain at $4.00, $7.00 and $7.00, respectively.
