Pollas, Observatoire de la Cote d'Azur, reports his discovery of an apparent supernova in MCG +07-34-134 = IRAS 16395+3923, found on plates obtained Feb. 24.17, 25.17, and 26.17 UT with the OCA Schmidt telescope by A. Maury and himself. SN 1991L, of magnitude R = 18, is located at R.A. = 16h39m32s.73, Decl. = +39 23'13".6 (equinox 1950.0), or 2".5 west and 8".2 north of the center of the western part of this unusual galaxy system that is described as a pair. A nearby star (R = 14.5) is located at R.A. = 16h39m37s.59, Decl. = +39 23'23".7. SUPERNOVAE 1991D AND 1991H A. V. Filippenko and J. C. Shields, University of California at Berkeley, report that CCD spectra (range 390-700 nm, resolution 1-2 nm), obtained on Feb. 23 UT with the Shane 3-m reflector at Lick Observatory, confirm that SN 1991D (cf. IAUC 5185) and SN 1991H (cf. IAUC 5188) are of types Ib and II, respectively. 1991 CS Ephemeris from orbital elements on MPC 17835: 1991 ET R.A. (1950) Decl.
