NOVA SCUTI 1991
The following observations were obtained at the South African
Astronomical Observatory on Sept. 2.79 UT by M. W. Feast (JHKL) and F.
van Wyk (UBVRI): V = 10.77, B-V = +1.78, U-B = +2.08, Cousins V-R =
+1.13, Cousins V-I = +2.35, J = 8.48, H = 8.14, K = 7.66, L= 6.86.
These colors are unlike those of normal novae.

1991 September 5 (5335) Brian G. Marsden
