     A fast-moving asteroidal object has been discovered by C. S.
Shoemaker, E. M. Shoemaker, D. H. Levy, and G. J. Leonard with the
0.46-m Schmidt telescope at Palomar:

UT, V = 11.37, B-V = -0.01, U-B = -0.92, V-R = +1.14, V-I = +0.87.
