GRS 1915+105
     E. B. Waltman, Naval Research Laboratory; and F. D. Ghigo,
National Radio Astronomy Observatory, report that the Green Bank
Interferometer has observed a flare in the microquasar GRS 1915+105
on June 3.  Following an extended period in the plateau state, flux
densities rose to 0.7 Jy at 2 GHz and 0.6 Jy at 8 GHz on June 3.4
