PSN discovered by Alessandro Dimai with the 0,28 m. SC telescope "Vittore Maioni" of the Col Drusciè Obs. (Cortina d'Ampezzo - Italy) in the cours of the Italian Supernovae Search Project. PSN confirmed by other two images taken with the Takahashi TOA-150 of the Nerpio Observatory (Spain) M.V. +16,5 at 2012 october 08.9347 UT and on October 09.2243 with the Planewave 17" CDK of Mayhill Obs. (New Mexico).

P. Camilleri (New Castle, Australia) confirms apparent supernova PSN J00373938+1021290 in IC35. Object visible on 3x60sec images remotely taken at Observatoire du Mas des Gres, Moydans, France, with a 0.43-m f/4.5 telescope + CCD on 2012 Oct. 10.9192ut. Object located at 00h 37m 39.50s +/- 0".3, +10d 21' 28.5" +/- 0".3 (NOMAD) and has a magnitude 16.6 unfiltered.

This object was observed by Federica Luppi and Luca Buzzi from Schiaparelli Observatory, Varese, Italy. In a stack of images totalling 5 minutes of unfiltered exposure time, the object has position end figures 39s.52, 29".1 and magnitude 18.1.
