Pre-discovery observation: I would like to report that during my M31 amateur survey, I imaged PNV J00422994+4111210 through a 0.25-m f/4 reflector + CCD from MPC Code C77 (Bernezzo Observatory, Italy) on 2015, July 21.95. Unfiltered CCD magnitude 18.331 at coordinates: R.A. = 00 42 29.90, Decl.= +41 11 21.6 (equinox 2000.0; UCAC-4 catalogue reference stars).
