Jiangao Ruan, Mi Zhang, Xing Gao (Xingming Observatory), report the independent discovery of a possible nova (mag approximately 16.5) on several 120-s survey images (limiting mag about 18.5) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory #2 (N89) around Mar. 08.59433, 2021 UTC using a unfiltered CCD ( 0.5-m f/4 reflector ). The transient was independently discovered and first announced by Koichi Itagaki and designated as PNV J00434013+4127123. The transient approximately located at R.A.=00h43m40.18s +41d27’12”.6 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 629.8″ east and 664.1″ north of the center of the NGC224(M31). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Mar. 04.60139, 2021 (limiting mag 18.5). Images can be found at: http://xjltp.china-vo.org/xn03jr.html
