Vladimir Lipunov, Rafael Rebolo Lopez and Vladislav Shumkov report the MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovery of the possible Nova in M31 at (RA, Dec) = 00h 45m 14.13s +42d 00m 07.2s on 2016-01-28.81439 UT. MASTER-IAC is a twin fully robotic telescope (twin 0.40-m f/2.5reflector + 4Kx4K CCD) with auto-detection own MASTER software for optical transients discovery. The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/004514.13420007.2.png . E.Gorbovskoy reports the OT unfiltered magnitude ( W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated to USNO B1 ) m_OT=16.6m (the limit is 19.2m). The OT is seen in 9 images (ATEL #8603). There is no minor planet at this place. M.Serra-Ricart and N.Tiurina report that nothing was visible at this position on the reference image without OT on 2016-01-27.87479UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m. P.Balanutsa and O.Gress report that MASTER-Amur auto-detection system detected this OT on 2016-01-28.435UT with unfiltered m_OT=18.0. All MASTER Global Network telescopes are the same and work in the same photometry system.
