Denis Denisenko, Sternberg Astronomical Institute, reports the discovery by Sergey Shurpakov of an apparent supernova on 60-s unfiltered CCD survey images obtained on Dec. 05.75104 UT with the 0.40-m f/2.5 MASTER-Kislovodsk reflector. (RA, Dec) = 01h 46m 38.27s +04d 13m 24.4s, mag=15.5. The OT is seen in 4 images.

This transient was observed on 2013 12 05.858 by Gianluca Masi, Francesca Nocentini and Patrick Schmeer, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 16.8 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 38.32s; 24.3" (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).

This object was observed by F. Luppi, M. CalabrĂ², A. Medda and A. Piovanelli from Schiaparelli Observatory, Varese, Italy. In a stack of images totalling 6 minutes of unfiltered exposure time, the object has position end figures 38s.30, 24".4 and magnitude 16.5.
