SNhunt264 = PSN J01594503-0750017. Object confirmed on single 120-second luminance exposure with robotic telescope T32 (0.43-m f/6.8 astrograph + CCD) of iTelescope.net in Siding Spring, Australia. Object measured 17.9 +/- 0.1 with V as reference. Comparison stars are from SDSS whose g and r data were used to determine V. Image: https://www.flickr.com/photos/watchingthesky/15645291900. S. This transient was observed on 2014 11 23.7691 by G. Masi and P. Catalano, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility, at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 17.8 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 45.15; 02.6 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).
