F. Ciabattari, E. Mazzoni and S. Donati report the discovery of an apparent supernova (unfiltered magnitude = 17.4)on images (limiting magnitude 19.5) obtained on October 31.84 and November 01.96 with a 0.5m Newtonian telescope + CCD FLI Proline 4710 camera at Borgo a Mozzano - Italy, in the course of the Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at A.R. = 02h26m23s.31, Decl. = +27°39'34".8 (equinox 2000.0, astrometry with respect to UCAC-2 stars) which is 38 arcsec West and 18 arcsec North of the centre of Galaxy UGC 1899. The signal is visible, at the limit of detection, also in our images of 26 October 2014 (limiting magnitude = 19.5).

Simone Leonini, Siena, Italy, report the pre-discovery by S. Leonini, M. Conti, G. Guerrini, P. Rosi and L.M. Tinjaca Ramirez of the PSN in UGC01899 (mag. +17.42CR +/-0.16 – USNO B1 catalogue) on unfiltered CCD image (limiting mag. about +19.5) taken on 2014 October 30.9419 UT at the Montarrenti Observatory in the course of an automatic survey of the Italian Supernovae Search Project. Telescope: RC 0.53m f/8.7, Detector: U47. Position: R.A. 02h26m23.23s +/-0.21”, Decl. +27°39'35.2" +/-0.16” - equinox 2000.0. Last negative image: 2014 October 20.0535 UT (limiting mag. about +19.5). This transient was observed on 2014 11 02.73909 by G. Masi and P. Catalano, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility, at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 17.5 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 23.23; 34.9 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).
2014 11 02.9219
This transient was observed on 2014 11 02.92190 by M.Caimmi - C92 Valdicerro Observatory - Loreto (AN) Italy - using 0.24-m f/6.5 SCT + CCD Atik 314L. Stack of 13 unfiltered b2x2 frames x 30 sec unguided exposures, show the source at 17.5 mag. End figures for astrometry were AR. 23.26s DEC. 34.5" position was measured from reference stars UCAC-4 catalogue.
