Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan using 0.50-m f/6.8 reflector at Takanezawa station, Tochigi-ken, remotely, who has found a pre-discovery image taken on 2016 January 19.460 UT using same telescope, then magnitude was 17.9. also who writes nothing is visible at this location on his past frames including a recent frame taken on 2016 January 10.552 UT (limit mag.= 18.5).
