Discovered by S. Maticic (mag. 17.8) on four unfiltered images, taken on 2015 Dec. 16.805-16.830UT with 60-cm, f/3.3 Cichocki telescope at Crni Vrh Observatory in the course of the Comet and Asteroid Search Program (PIKA). The object is 13" E and 4" N from the center of the apparent host galaxy (NED catalogue object KUG 0244+347). This transient was observed on 2015 12 17.77190 by G. Masi, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 300-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 18.1 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 34.53; 34.1 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).
