Vladimir Lipunov and David Buckley reports that Oleg Gress with MASTER-SAAO (twin 0.40-m f/2.5reflector + 4Kx4K CCD) auto-detection system discovered OT source MASTER OT J033225.58-353425.3 at (RA, Dec) = 03h 32m 25.58s -35d 34m 25.3s on 2015-08-09.100862UT. The PSN unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 19.9m) We have 2 confirmed images with this PSN on 2015-08-09.10877 and on 2015-08-09.11666567UT. E.Gorbovskoy reports that nothing was visible at this position on MASTER-SAAO archieve images on 2014-12-25.92065 UT with 20.1 unfiltered magnitude limit. This PSN is in 1"E and 9.6S from the center of the low surface brigthness galaxy PGC647263 (ATel #7894).
