Discovered by K. Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan, on an unfiltered CCD frame taken in the morning sky of Japan using 0.30-m f/8.0 reflector at Takanezawa station, Tochigi-ken, remotely, who confirmed this on the ten or more frames taken on 2014 Nov. 15.565 UT in the evening sky. Then PSN was mag.= 16.2 and position was measured the end figures 19s.66, 02".5. Nothing is visible at this location on the past frames and verifying was done on a recent frame taken on 2014 Oct. 18.734 UT using same telescope. Photometric results were V=16.48 and Ic=16.24 with 0.43m f6.8 astrograph + FLI PL-4710 CCD of iTelescope.NET at Siding Spring Observatory, Australia, remotely (exposure time were 180 sec x2 frames in each band). Seiichiro Kiyota (Kamagaya, Japan)

Mag.= 16.4U, position end figures 19s.66, 03".3, on an image composed from 3-frames which were taken by each 120-seconds exposure under the limiting magnitude= 18.5, remotely using a 0.32-m f/9.3 Ritchey-Chretien + CCD(ST8-XME) + f/7.4 Focal Reducer at the iTelescopeNET Siding Spring, Australia.
