I made a confirmation observation of this PSN. Its magnitude is estimated as U17.7 by Astrometrica(USNO-(S)A 2.0). Using telescope is 45cm F4.6 Reflector + unfiltered CCD FLI ML-8300, 2 bin, 60s exposure. Position end is R.A.=06.18s, Dec=29.9". Observed by Kunihiro Shima at Fujimi-machi, Nagano, Japan.
