T. Kryachko, A. Sklyanov, S. Korotkiy and B.Satovskiy (Astrotel obs., KSU) report the discovery of an apparent СV var star (mag approximately 18.0) on 93 unfiltered images with an exposure of 300 sec (lim mag 21.0) obtained on 2012 feb. 13 - mar. 19 with the Takahashi FRC-300 (D=300mm, F=2330mm) + CCD Apogee Alta U9000 at Kazan State University Astrotel observatory (Karachay-Cherkessia, Russia, MPCCOD: 114). The object is located at R.A. = 06h59m21s.65 +/- 0".1, Decl. = +25d25'54".6 +/- 0".1 (equinox 2000.0). The star is an eclipsing variable. The depth of the eclipses - about two magnitudes. The duration of eclipses - about 8 minutes. Outside the eclipse is irregular light variability with an amplitude of about one and a half magnitudes. The most likely period of the star - 2.5 hours. Star does not require confirmation. The report is intended for researchers cataclysmic stellar systems, photometric and spectroscopic methods. In DSS the star is present.
