First detection time. It was below mag 15.2 on Feb. 19.647 UT. Possibly it is an dwarf-nova outburst of a cataloged star (mag about 18 in visual bands, and mag about 15.5 in near infrared; position end figures 35s.079, 33".39 in the USNO-B1.0).
