We discovered this object on Feb.18.60 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS), and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 16.3 mag.

This one was already discovered 2013/02/06.418 by T. Crowley Jack Newton, and Tim Puckett (CBET 3411). We (TNTS) are sorry about this duplication.
