OMB extragalactic supernova monitoring with ISSP collaboration reports the discovery a new transient. It's important to clarify that new transient had an increase in magnitude. His position coinciding with JCMTSF J093211.7+213044 -- sub-millimetric source. (http://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/simbad/sim-id?Ident=JCMTSF+J093211.7%2B213044&) The object was clearly detected on '2021 01 26.99772' UT using 3 x 30s frames (90s total) obtained by a Moravian G4-9000 KAF unfiltered CCD with the 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope from Monte Baldo "A.Gelodi" Astronomic Observatory, località Novezzina, Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy. The discovery magnitude is 17.8±0.5 mag.
