Discovered by Sergey Shurpakov on MASTER-Kislovodsk unfiltered survey images (60 sec exposures, limiting magnitude 19.2). New object is located 8" east and 5" south of the nucleus of PGC 1106461 galaxy. Nothing is visible at the position of PSN on the image obtained by the same telescope on 2013 Nov. 10.108 UT (limit 19.0m).
