I made a confirming observation of this PSN. Its magnitude is estimated as U15.9 by Astrometrica(USNO-(S)A 2.0). Using telescope is 45cm F4.6 Reflector + unfiltered CCD FLI ML-8300, 2 bin, 60s exposure. Position end is R.A.=45.88s, Dec=21.6". Observed by Kunihiro Shima at Fujimi-machi, Nagano, Japan.
