D. Turpin (IRAP France) used the robotic TAROT telescope at Calern, France to discover PSN J11290437+1714095. This object was found at magnitude 15.9 in a R filtered image taken 2013 Dec. 11.09 UT. The brightness does not show any significant change during the night of the discovery nor one night later. Some magnitudes: 2013 Dec. 11.09 R=15.9 +/-0.2. 2013 Dec. 11.13 R=15.9 +/-0.2. 2013 Dec. 11.15 R=16.2 +/-0.2. 2013 Dec. 11.17 R=16.1 +/-0.2. 2013 Dec. 12.00 R=15.9 +/-0.2.
