Object detected at magnitude 19.5 +/- 0.3, SNR = 12. Limiting magnitude 20.6. Position end figures 24.04, 53.3 (UCAC3). Sum of 39 x 60-sec images. Observer: R. A. Koff, Bennett, Colorado USA (H09).

This possible supernova was easily seen with 6 x 1200 sec images using a red filter.
