ABOUT +18.0 - OUR PRECEDENT IMAGES SHOWED NOTHING AT THE POSITION OF THE PSN , AND IT DOESN'T APPEAR ON POSS (RED AND BLUE PLATES). NO KNOWN MINOR PLANET IS MARKED IN THE POSITION OF THE PSN . BEST REGARDS.

Transient is confirmed on a median-combined 3x60 sec unfiltered CCD frame taken with the BART telescope at Baja Observatory, Hungary by T.Borkovits and R.Szakats. This possible supernova in NGC 4490 was seen with 68 x 30 sec images using a clear filter.
