L. Elenin (Lyubertsy, Russia) and I. Molotov (Moscow, Russia) confirm an apparent supernova PSN J13101968+3228257 in UGC 8250. Object visible on 3x300sec images remotely taken at ISON-NM Observatory (Mayhill, NM, USA) with 0.45-m f/2.8 telescope + CCD (KAF09000) on Jan. 23.3055. Object located at 13h 10m 19s.70 +/- 0".13, +32d 28m 25s.7 +/- 0".10 (UCAC-4) with magnitude 16.5U (mag. limit ~19.7m). Nothing is visible at this position on the POSS and POSSII images. This possible supernova in UGC 8250 was detected with 4 x 10 min images using a luminance filter Astrometry: RA 13 10 19.73 Dec +32 28 25.5 Photometry: 17.49 +/- 0.21 L (V for ref) These data were collected remotely by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia. This object was observed by Federica Luppi and Luca Buzzi from Schiaparelli Observatory, Varese, Italy. In a stack of images totalling 5 minutes of unfiltered exposure time, the object has position end figures 19s.69, 25".4 and magnitude 17.4.
