Discovered by M. Tsuboi, Hiroshima, Japan, on a frame (limit mag.= 17.9) using 0.25-m f/4.7 reflector + unfiltered CCD, which was confirmed on a survey frame taken on 2013 May 1.773 UT (limit mag.= 18.6) as a star of mag.= 15.9, who writes nothing is visible at this location on a frame taken on 2013 April 30.534 UT (limit mag.= 18.6).
