Discovered by Pavel Balanutsa on MASTER-Amur survey images (60-sec unfiltered exposures, limit 17.8m). New object is located 24" east and 29" south of the center of galaxy NGC 5818. D. Denisenko and E. Gorbovskoy (SAI MSU) add that nothing is present at this position on MASTER-Amur reference image on 2011-03-24.727 UT to limiting magnitude 19.7. L. Elenin (Lyubertsy, Russia) and I. Molotov (Moscow, Russia) confirm an apparent supernova PSN J14590085+4948476 in NGC 5818. Object visible on 3x150sec images remotely taken at ISON-NM Observatory (Mayhill, NM, USA) with 0.4-m f/3 telescope + CCD (KAF09000) on Dec. 28.5169, 2013. Object located at 14h 59m 00s.76 +/- 0".11, +49d 48' 47".4 +/- 0".06 (UCAC-4) with magnitude 17.2R (mag. limit ~20.0m). Nothing is visible at this position on the archive POSS and POSSII images.
